Family Relationships

We are competent to work with all types of family or relationship difficulties where it is felt the impartial, focused, problem – solving nature of our work might help.

This could be a way of avoiding emotional situations escalating to the point where legal action may seem the only way forward.

This could involve any of the following as clients:

  • Grandparents
  • Siblings
  • Former partners
  • New partners and former partners
  • Civil partners
  • Unmarried couples
  • Co-habiting couples
  • Parents of adult children

Some examples of the type of issues which could be brought are:

  • Differences in how to parent or educate children
  • Inheritance issues
  • Accommodation or care for sick or elderly family members
  • Extended family members wanting more involvement with children in separation or post divorce
  • Old family rifts
